Architectural Designer - Vianden, Luxembourg



As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various construction projects in Vianden, Luxembourg. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all designs meet both aesthetic and technical requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of architectural principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the design of their project
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess potential challenges
- Research building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Work closely with engineers to integrate structural elements into the design
- Communicate effectively with contractors during the construction process to ensure design specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Luxembourg
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve creatively

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

This position is based in Vianden, Luxembourg.
