Online Consultant (Malayalee) - Acre, Israel


We are currently hiring for an Online Consultant (Malayalee) to join our team in Acre, Israel. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Malayalam and have excellent communication skills. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual customer service support to our clients via email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product recommendations and guidance to customers
- Managing and updating customer accounts
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
