We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Chelyabinsk. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network and computer systems to ensure efficient operation for our company. You will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise, as well as implement new systems and upgrades as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, configuring, and maintaining our network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers
- Installing and upgrading software applications on company computers
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Monitoring network performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Assisting with data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborating with other IT team members on projects and initiatives
- Providing technical support to employees across the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.
