Contract Sales Manager - Manama, Bahrain


We are seeking an experienced and driven Contract Sales Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As the Contract Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and coordinating sales activities. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Coordinate sales activities, including meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Train and motivate sales team members to achieve targets and objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry (minimum 2 years)
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers with relevant education are welcome to apply

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
