Sales Manager - Manama, Bahrain
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the local market. This is a contract job with no accommodation provided, and candidates must have their own visa.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and support as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Set achievable sales targets for the team and track their progress
- Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the company's products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of the local market trends and competitors' activities
- Ability to lead a team, motivate them to achieve targets, and provide necessary support/training when needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
- Must have own visa for employment in Bahrain
