Personal Trainer



As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and coaching to clients at our fitness center in Clairvaux. Your main goal will be to help clients achieve their fitness goals through customized workouts, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle changes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness levels, health history, and goals
- Design personalized workout plans for clients based on their fitness goals and preferences
- Provide one-on-one coaching during training sessions to ensure proper form and technique
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their full potential during workouts
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals
- Continuously track and monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust workout plans as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space at all times

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training from a recognized organization
- Minimum of 1 year experience in personal training or related field
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and health principles
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
