We are in need of experienced Industrial Alpinists to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights using specialized equipment and techniques. This job requires physical fitness, agility, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various industrial tasks at heights such as cleaning, painting, welding, and maintenance work
- Rig ropes and safety systems to access work areas safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safety standards are met
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Alpinist
- Strong physical fitness and agility to perform tasks at heights
- Knowledge of industrial equipment, techniques, and safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
