Floral Designer


A reputable floral design company in Mombasa is seeking a skilled Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design floral arrangements according to client's preferences and event theme
- Source and purchase high-quality flowers from local and international vendors
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper storage of flowers
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work
- Work closely with other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Set up and decorate event venues with the floral arrangements as required

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Proficient in floral design techniques such as wiring, taping, and arranging
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to understand client's preferences
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a biometric passport for ease of travel when sourcing flowers from international vendors
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Must be able to work part-time on weekends
- Accommodation can be provided if necessary

Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
