Machine Operator


We are currently recruiting a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Shan, India. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. This includes setting up machines, loading raw materials, monitoring output, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment such as lathes, mills, drills and grinders
- Set up machines according to specifications provided
- Load raw materials into machines and adjust settings as needed
- Monitor output to ensure products meet quality control standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with various types of machinery and their operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
