Part-Time Computer Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faro. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and troubleshooting, as well as excellent customer service skills. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Train customers on how to utilize computer systems effectively
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in technical support or IT help desk role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
