Florist for Event Planning Company in Las Vegas (Contract, Egyptian Candidates)


We are a fast-growing event planning company in Las Vegas, looking for a skilled and creative florist to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and create beautiful floral arrangements for various events, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually stunning floral designs for events, following client preferences and the latest trends
- Source high-quality flowers and materials within budget constraints
- Prepare floral arrangements for delivery and set up at event venues
- Collaborate with event planners and other team members to ensure seamless execution of events
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and addressing any concerns or requests promptly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role, preferably in event planning
- Proficient in various floral arrangement techniques, including bouquets, centerpieces, arches, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers and their characteristics
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide recommendations accordingly
- Attention to detail and creativity in designing unique arrangements
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 30lbs)
- Must be an Egyptian national currently residing in Las Vegas

Salary:
This is a contract position paying $1700 per month. Additional compensation may be offered based on performance.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Some evening or weekend work may be required based on event schedules.

Location:
The job will take place primarily in Las Vegas but may involve travel within the city or surrounding areas for events.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will not be provided for this position.

Suitability:
This position is open to male candidates with experience in floristry and event planning. English language proficiency is not required but would be considered an asset. We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
