Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction and development projects. This is a contract position with potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze data and prepare detailed reports and maps
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate surveying for construction projects
- Provide guidance and support to surveying technicians and assistants
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new surveying techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret maps, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, codes, and standards related to land surveying

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at $1800 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Los Angeles but is open to all nationalities.

We are looking for an Indian candidate who has experience in land surveying but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
