Industrial Architect for Urban Design and Development


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Mauren, working on urban design and development projects. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and complexes, ensuring that they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to create innovative designs that meet their needs and comply with building codes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of industrial building materials and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for industrial buildings or complexes
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of projects and potential constraints
- Create detailed design plans using AutoCAD or Revit software
- Ensure that designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Work closely with construction teams during the building process to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies related to industrial architecture

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1200 per month.

Note:
This role does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship. Preference will be given to Nepali candidates who already have a valid work visa for Mauren.
