Part-Time Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Gujrat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from design to construction. This role offers a competitive salary of 1600$ and includes accommodation for out-of-town employees.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire architectural project process, from concept development to construction
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met
- Review and approve architectural designs and plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects when needed
