We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Eldoret. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques, principles, and strategies
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Eldoret (preference for Nepali nationals)
