Unity Developer

As a Unity Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing interactive gameplay experiences for our upcoming mobile game. You will work closely with the game design team to bring their vision to life through coding and scripting in Unity. You will also collaborate with artists and other developers to ensure smooth integration of assets and features into the game. Your creativity and problem-solving skills will be essential in developing innovative solutions to technical challenges and optimizing game performance.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the game design team to understand their vision and translate it into interactive gameplay experiences
- Code and script interactive elements, features, and mechanics using C# in Unity
- Work closely with artists to integrate assets into the game, ensuring they meet technical requirements
- Optimize game performance by identifying and resolving technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow developers
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices for game development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Unity Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of C# programming language
- Experience with mobile game development
- Proficiency in Unity 3D engine
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on multiplayer games
- Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java or Objective-C
- Experience with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) development

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Salary: $1600 per month (with accommodation provided)
