Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Ajman is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and implement project timelines, budgets, and quality control plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager for at least 5 years
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes in Ajman is preferred

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
