Construction Manager

We are a well-established construction company located in Ajman and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As an Indian national with excellent English communication skills, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct all construction activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Create project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality of materials used, and adherence to safety standards
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and negotiating contracts with suppliers
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders highlighting any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained before beginning any construction work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
