Salary: $900/month



We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our restaurant. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and maintain high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Pastry Chef and possess strong knowledge of pastry techniques, flavor combinations, and food safety practices. Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in proper techniques and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various pastry techniques such as baking, decorating, molding, etc.
- Ability to create unique flavor combinations using high-quality ingredients
- Familiarity with food safety protocols
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Team player with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or Pastry/Baking program
- Experience working in a fine dining restaurant or hotel setting
