We are in search of a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team in Washington. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and physical stamina. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for repairing and installing roofs on various buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine necessary repairs
- Install new roofs according to building codes and safety regulations
- Repair or replace damaged or worn roofing materials
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas
- Ensure proper ventilation and drainage on roofs
- Follow safety protocols while working at heights

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a related field
- Knowledge of various roofing materials and installation techniques
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy materials, and work at heights for extended periods of time
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and blueprints
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Certification in roofing or related trade
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
