We are hiring an experienced Android Developer to join our dynamic team in Svalbard. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. This is a part-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver new features
- Ensure code quality by writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Android Developer
- Proficient in Java, Kotlin, or other programming languages used for Android development
- Experience with Android Studio and the Android SDK
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience developing and publishing applications on the Google Play Store
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
