Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an Architectural Technologist to join our team in Ufa! As an Architectural Technologist, you will work with architects and engineers to design and develop construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about architecture. This role requires strong technical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop construction project designs
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Review and analyze building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues
- Continuously research new materials, technologies, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Ufa
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with BIM software

Salary: 1600$
