Hotel Sales Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and increase revenue for the hotel
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Create attractive packages and promotions to attract potential customers
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure all terms are favorable for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the hotel's offerings
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to achieve their targets

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the hotel industry
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary: 1600$
