Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our growing team in Ajman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to potential clients. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy rates through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and secure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service for guests

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Knowledge of local market trends and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
