Hotel Sales Manager (Indians preferred)
We are a reputable hotel in Ajman looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have previous experience in hotel sales. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, and we are open to sponsoring the candidate's visa if needed.
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase the hotel's revenue. You will also be in charge of building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to promote the hotel's services
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in hotel sales or relevant field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and market trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
