Waiter/Waitress

We are searching for a highly skilled and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular restaurant in Ajman. As a Waiter/Waitress, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and drinks
- Take accurate orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests as needed

Requirements:
- No English language proficiency required; basic knowledge is preferred
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is not required but is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must have good time management skills and be able to multitask effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
