Senior Level Developer


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Level Developer to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As a senior level developer, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex software development projects, as well as mentoring and guiding junior developers. You must have at least 5 years of experience in software development and be proficient in various programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development projects from conception to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement high-quality software solutions
- Mentor and guide junior developers by providing technical expertise and code reviews
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is preferred
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
