Technical Support Specialist - IT (Remish)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Remish. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients for their computer systems, software, and hardware. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and maintaining accurate documentation of all support activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a part-time position open to Indian nationals with their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware to clients
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware and software malfunctions
- Diagnose network connectivity issues and provide solutions
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities and resolutions
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and hardware components
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month (part-time)
Location: Remish (own visa required)
