Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Remish. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with any computer hardware or software issues they may encounter. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Train clients on how to use various computer programs and systems
- Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, issues, and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex problems
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry developments
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Effective communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary: 1700$ per month
