Executive Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Triesen, Liechtenstein
We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating new and innovative menu items, and maintaining the highest level of quality in all dishes served.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistent execution of dishes
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels to maintain profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Passion for creating unique and delicious dishes using fresh ingredients
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
Salary: $1400 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Triesen, Liechtenstein (open to candidates from Canada)
This is a full-time position with no English language requirement.
