Merchandiser (Indian Nationals Only)


We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Medina. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Your role will involve monitoring market trends, analyzing customer behavior, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and consumer preferences
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of products
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Create attractive displays to showcase products and increase customer interest
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to meet customer demands
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Communicate with store managers on product availability, promotions, and sales performance

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Indian national residing in Medina is preferred
