Radio Technician


As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of radio equipment and systems in the city of Bergen. You will work closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and meets industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment such as transmitters, receivers, antennas, and related components.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Test equipment to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and technological advancements in radio technology.
- Work with engineers to design and implement new systems or upgrades to existing systems.
- Provide technical support to clients regarding radio equipment usage and troubleshooting.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in radio technology is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits and radio frequency principles.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1800$ per month. Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is located in Bergen. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates.
