Formworker

We are currently seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team in Shan. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and assembling temporary structures, such as scaffolds and formwork, to support concrete pouring on construction sites. You will need to have experience and knowledge of various formwork systems and techniques, as well as the ability to read technical drawings and plans. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by setting up necessary equipment and materials.
- Build formworks using various systems such as timber, steel, or aluminum.
- Install reinforcements and braces to ensure stability of formworks.
- Pour and spread concrete into forms, ensuring that it is evenly distributed.
- Use tools such as saws, hammers, and levels to cut, shape, and align formwork.
- Remove forms after concrete has dried and clean up work site.
- Follow safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Formworker in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of different formwork systems and techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety regulations.

Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. You may also need to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding. The job may involve some heavy lifting. You will typically work Monday-Friday with occasional weekend shifts depending on project deadlines.
