We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in welding, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans to determine welding requirements
- Set up and operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and arc welders
- Prepare surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, or scraping
- Position and clamp workpieces together using jigs or fixtures
- Weld components according to specified welding procedures
- Inspect welded joints for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the welding process
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in welding is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding required; experience with MIG, TIG, and arc welding preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Good physical fitness, including the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
