Hotel Sales Manager - Herzliya, Israel
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue. Your main goal will be to build relationships with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions
- Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth booking process for clients
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking abilities with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
