Entry-Level Waiter/Waitress in Manama, Bahrain

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Waiter/Waitress at our restaurant in Manama. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking and serving orders, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area.

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must have a valid visa and ticket to work in Bahrain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers according to standard serving procedures
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests they may have
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area during service hours
- Process payments accurately using cash or credit card machines
