Senior Accountant

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with budget preparation and expense management activities
- Review financial transactions for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an accounting role, preferably as a Senior Accountant or similar position
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software programs
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

This job is located in Al-Malikiyah, Syria.
