We are a busy and well-established barbershop in Herzliya, Israel, seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert advice on hairstyle options
- Perform various hair cutting techniques such as clipper cuts, razor cuts, scissor cuts, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and tools
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in hairstyles and grooming techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport and ensuring client satisfaction
- Promote additional services and products to clients to increase revenue

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Barber in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different hair types and styles
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew (English is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and evenings
