Facade Engineer



As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining building facades. You will work closely with architects, contractors and clients to ensure that the facade meets all safety and aesthetic requirements. This is a highly technical role that requires strong knowledge of building materials, structural engineering and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing building facades that are aesthetically pleasing, functional and safe
- Conducting feasibility studies to determine the best facade options for a project
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications for the construction team
- Reviewing contractor proposals and providing technical guidance during construction
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Performing structural calculations to determine load-bearing capacity of facade components
- Conducting on-site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or construction
- Strong knowledge of building materials, structural engineering principles and construction processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is preferred
- Experience working on high-rise buildings is a plus

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein
