Computer Support Specialist


The Computer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in Balzers. They will assist with troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware, software, and network issues. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure new computer systems and software
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills

This position is located in Balzers, which is the southernmost municipality in Liechtenstein. It is known for its beautiful scenery, historical landmarks, and thriving business community.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
