IT Support Specialist (Balzers, Liechtenstein)


As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary role will be to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will also be responsible for maintaining our company's network and ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and secure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and networks
- Provide remote support to clients via phone or email
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for complex problems
- Conduct regular maintenance on company's network to ensure optimal performance
- Train end-users on how to use new software or hardware as needed
- Document all support activities in our tracking system

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and peripherals
- Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein
