Fitness Coach - Faro, Portugal


We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans and providing one-on-one training sessions for clients of all fitness levels. You will also be responsible for conducting fitness assessments, monitoring progress, and providing nutritional guidance. This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Certification in Personal Training or related field
- Knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on clients' needs and goals
- Ability to motivate and encourage clients to reach their full potential
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with new clients to assess their fitness level, goals, and any injuries or health concerns they may have
- Design personalized workout plans for each client based on their individual needs and goals
- Provide one-on-one training sessions that focus on proper form and technique while motivating clients to push themselves towards their goals
- Monitor clients' progress by tracking measurements, body fat percentage, strength gains, etc.
- Provide nutritional guidance and recommendations to support clients' fitness journeys
- Maintain a clean and organized training space at all times
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research in the field of fitness
