Architectural Technologist


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects in the design and construction of buildings, utilizing your technical expertise and knowledge of building codes and regulations. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and specifications, conducting site visits, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals on projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural technology, a strong understanding of CAD software, and the ability to work well within a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per week.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural technology
- Strong understanding of CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Assist architects in the design and construction of buildings
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, sections, and elevations
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with designs
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals
- Research materials and products for use in projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
