Hotel Sales Manager



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing clientele
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with key decision makers in the hospitality industry
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth
- Create and manage sales budgets, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Akron, Ohio
