A well-established restaurant in the heart of Jerusalem is looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, customer service, and staff management. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Train and develop staff to maintain exceptional service standards
- Create schedules and manage staffing levels to meet business needs
- Control inventory and ordering of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to meet revenue targets

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred

Salary: $1100/month
