Indian Restaurant Manager in Jerusalem
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian restaurant in Jerusalem. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to maintain quality standards and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving financial targets
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hebrew is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: 1600$ per month
Location: Jerusalem (accommodation not provided)
