Restaurant Manager in Jerusalem, Philippines


A well-established restaurant in Jerusalem is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. This position is open to Filipinos who are currently residing in Jerusalem or are willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Train and develop staff to maintain high-quality standards of service
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Must be a Filipino citizen with valid working papers or willing to apply for a visa sponsorship
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in previous roles
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
