Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer to join our team in Triesen. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs and nutritional guidance. This is a contract job with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and preferences
- Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injury
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and provide guidance on healthy eating habits
- Keep accurate records of client progress and maintain communication with them outside of training sessions

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or related field (ex: exercise science, kinesiology)
- Experience working as a personal trainer or fitness coach preferred
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to create fun, challenging, and effective workouts for clients of all fitness levels
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
