A busy restaurant in Chelyabinsk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our establishment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality of service and food, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience
- Create schedules for staff, manage payroll, and monitor budget to ensure profitability
- Train new employees and continuously provide coaching and feedback for existing staff
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus, specials, and promotions
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in Russian or English
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:
