Senior Computer Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Design, develop, and implement new computer systems based on business needs
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and ensure system meets their needs
- Conduct testing to identify any issues or bugs and make necessary adjustments
- Train employees on how to use new computer systems effectively
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL
- Experience with database management systems
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new computer systems
